Flixx Blizzard GX 2-10 R290 heat pump + Hydrobox

The Flixx Blizzard GX 2-10 R290 heat pump + Hydrobox is the ideal set for renovating an existing heating system or building a new one. By adding a hydrobox or a multifunctional all-in-one device to the Flixx Blizzard GX 2-10 heat pump , you get an efficient solution for the heating system of a medium-sized private house. Just add a buffer tank and, if necessary, a domestic hot water tank.

R290 refrigerant

Inverter technology

Installation example

Hydrobox

Offers optimized and elegant solutions for heating, cooling and hot water in one compact unit.
The hydrobox is specially designed to increase flexibility and reduce installation costs.
The hydrobox can be combined with any domestic heat pump, such as Flurry, Blizzard, Aurora.
When installing the unit, the installer must connect the heat pump directly to the hydrobox, taking into account the need to add a buffer tank (for space heating/cooling) and, if necessary, a domestic hot water tank.

Attention! To prepare domestic hot water, a separate tank with a spiral heat exchanger is required, in which a temperature sensor must be installed.

FLIXX offers the BLIZZARD monoblock heat pump (without circulation pump) and the HydroBox. The HydroBox Flixx-10 includes:

one small built-in buffer tank,
one circulation water pump, one space heating/cooling circulation water pump,
one hot water pump, safety valve,
water filling valve and expansion tank,
electric heater.

When installing the unit, the installer should connect the heat pump directly to the hydrobox, while considering whether or not to add a buffer tank (for space heating/cooling).

NB! A water tank is required for domestic hot water use. A temperature sensor should be added to the storage water tank.

In addition to the heat pump unit, the HydroBox Flixx-10 is integrated with all key components, including a water pump, valves, filters, constant pressure water filling unit, electrical control unit, etc. This unit has one of the slimmest designs on the market with a depth of 295 mm.
